Flat hourly rate with a minimum fee. You’ll be billed only for the exact time spent on your job, GST included.

Tech Support Hourly Charge

$120 per hour with a minimum charge for one hour.

Remote Support Hourly Charge

$80 per hour with a minimum charge for half an hour.

We offer a 15% discount off our hourly charges for Gold Card holders.

Appointments can be arranged even for mornings and evenings including weekends depending on the availability.
